Lead quality scorecard, charted every Friday

Every Friday, the week's LinkedIn leads and inbound signups scored against your ICP, the quality mix and source campaigns charted, and the scorecard emailed with the CSV attached.

The problem this solves

Lead volume is easy to report and easy to be fooled by. Two hundred leads in a week can contain twenty buyers or none, and the campaigns that produce the most forms are often the ones that produce the fewest customers. Quality is measurable - fit against the ICP is a score, and the score can be grouped by the campaign that sourced the lead - but the measurement needs to happen every week, consistently, or the media plan optimizes toward volume by default.

The Lead Verification Agent makes the measurement routine. Every Friday it pulls the week's LinkedIn Lead Gen Form leads and inbound signups, enriches and scores each one, charts the quality mix and the score by source campaign, and emails the scorecard with the CSV attached to whoever runs the plan. Over weeks the scorecard shows which campaigns bring buyers, which bring noise, and whether last week's change to the targeting moved the mix.

How the mission runs

  1. Pull the week's leads. The agent reads LinkedIn Lead Gen Form submissions from the connected account and inbound signups from the CRM or an export for the last seven days, with the source campaign or form on each lead.
  2. Enrich and score every lead. Each lead's company is resolved and enriched with headcount, industry and HQ, and the lead is scored 0-100 against your ICP with the reasons shown; customers, competitors and unresolvable leads are labelled so they can be excluded from the mix.
  3. Compute the quality mix and source ranking. Leads are grouped into quality bands - high, medium, low - and the mix is computed for the week and against the trailing four weeks; source campaigns are ranked by average score and by the count of high-band leads, so the best and worst sources are named.
  4. Chart the scorecard. The chart capability renders the quality mix as a stacked bar against previous weeks and the source ranking as a horizontal bar with lead counts, and a third chart shows the score distribution so a shift in the middle of the funnel is visible.
  5. Email the scorecard with the CSV. An email is sent from Gmail to <address> with the three charts, a short summary naming the best and worst sources and the three changes most likely to raise next week's mix, and the CSV of scored leads attached.

The prompt

This is the exact objective the agent receives. Swap the obvious placeholders for your own domain, segment or channel and run it as-is from the console, Slack, or the API.

⟨ THE MISSION PROMPT · PASTE AND RUN ⟩

Every Friday, pull the week's LinkedIn Lead Gen Form leads and inbound signups, score them against our ICP, chart the quality mix with the best and worst source campaigns, and email the scorecard to <address> with the CSV attached.

What comes back

A Friday email to <address> with the week's lead quality scorecard - the quality mix against prior weeks, source campaigns ranked by average fit and high-band count, the score distribution - a summary naming the best and worst sources with three suggested changes, and a CSV of every lead with its score, reasons and source attached. The scores are also written back to the leads for the conversions playbooks to use.

Make it yours

  • Post the scorecard to #paid as well as emailing it.
  • Add cost per high-band lead by reading spend per campaign from the connected ad account.
  • Include leads from Meta and other forms via a CSV export in the same scorecard.
  • Stream the high-band leads back to LinkedIn as conversions with the qualified-leads playbook.

Frequently asked questions

How are the quality bands defined?

By score thresholds you set - for example 70 and above is high - stated in the scorecard so the bands mean the same thing every week.

What if a lead cannot be resolved to a company?

It is labelled unresolved, excluded from the mix and counted separately, so a form that attracts personal addresses is visible as a source issue.

Can the scorecard drive budget changes automatically?

No. It reports and recommends; budget and targeting changes stay with the people who run the plan.
