Every data action has a listed credit rate: a verified email is about two credits, a company lookup one to five, a signal row one to five, a direct phone twenty when found, and building, scoring, cleaning and exporting lists is free. Every rate shows in the console before the work runs, and a lookup that returns nothing costs nothing.

About ten cents on every plan: a verified contact is about 2 credits and plans sell credits at about five cents each. The contact allowance is the number of new people the agents can find, verify and store in a cycle; lists you already hold are read for free, and a miss costs nothing.

$0.05 each on Starter, 10% less on Growth and 20% less on Scale, whether you buy a pack or a custom amount. Packs: Boost (1,000 credits for $50), Surge (5,000 credits for $250), Apex (15,000 credits for $750) at the base rate. Custom amounts run from 1,000 to 100,000 credits. Every top-up applies instantly to the current cycle.

A floor under the balance for workspaces that must never stall: when remaining credits drop below the level you set, a pack you chose is bought and applied automatically at your plan’s rate. A workspace-wide monthly top-up cap bounds every purchase, manual packs and auto-reload alike, so the number you set is the most a month can cost beyond the platform fee.

Paid work pauses with a clean 402 your code can catch, and the console says so plainly. Nothing silently degrades into surprise charges: add a top-up, switch on auto-reload, or wait for the cycle reset. Lists already built stay built, and rows already delivered stay delivered.

A push into a CRM, an outreach tool or an ad account is staged for a person to approve, and the credits it needs are reserved at staging. Approving runs the push exactly as previewed and settles the reservation to what was used; denying releases it. Research, enrichment and verification run without a gate, inside the same ceiling.

Lists and their rows persist for as long as the list exists and refresh on the schedule you set. Retention of business contact data follows your workspace settings, with deletion of a row, a list or the whole workspace available from the console. Exports are yours at any time.

Yes: 3 days on Starter or Growth for new workspaces, with 200 credits to try every agent and the full data catalog. When the trial ends, the plan you chose starts at its normal price. Cancel from the console before the trial ends and you pay nothing.

Yes. Cancel from the console and paid features run to the end of the current period. Starter and Growth also offer annual prices at checkout, which fixes your unit cost for the year. Your data stays exportable throughout: lists as CSV, plus one JSON bundle with memory, threads, runs and the audit trail.
