- Read expansion news for the region. The Signals Agent queries funding and news data for announcements in the last 60 days that describe a new office, market entry, regional hiring push or expansion into <region>, capturing the date, the source and the sentence that states the expansion.
- Resolve and enrich the companies. Each announcing company is resolved to its domain and enriched with headcount, industry and HQ through the firmographic waterfall, so the sheet can be filtered by size and sector and so subsidiaries are attributed to the right parent.
- Find the local leader. People search looks for the person leading the region - a country manager, regional VP or head of the new office - named in the announcement or holding that title in people data. Where none exists yet, the executive sponsoring the expansion is used and the row says so.
- Verify and record the contact. The email finder and verification produce a deliverable address for the leader, with status and confidence recorded. Leaders too new to have an address are kept with a re-check scheduled rather than dropped.
- Write the sheet with the announcement linked. Google Sheets receives one row per company with the expansion type, date, the quoted sentence, the source link, firmographics and the leader's contact details, ordered by announcement date so the newest commitments sit at the top.
