Three contacts per account on list <name>

Two more stakeholders from a chosen function added to every account on a list, verified, so no account is single-threaded, and the additions pushed to HubSpot.

The problem this solves

A list with one contact per company is a list of single points of failure. If the one person ignores the email, is on leave or has just changed jobs, the account is dead for that campaign, and the rep never knows whether the company was uninterested or simply unreached. Multi-threading fixes the odds, and it is rarely done at the list stage because finding the second and third person is as much work as finding the first.

The right additions come from the same function as the original contact - the peer who shares the problem and the manager or report who sits above or below it - and they need the same verification as the first. Pushed into HubSpot linked to the company, they let a sequence rotate through the account and let a manager see coverage at a glance.

How the mission runs

  1. Read the accounts and existing contacts. The Enrichment Agent loads list <name> with the contact already attached to each company, noting their function and seniority so the additions complement rather than duplicate them.
  2. Find two more stakeholders in the function. People search returns additional people in the <department> function at each company, and the agent picks the two that best round out the thread - typically one more senior and one peer - recording title and seniority for each.
  3. Verify every new address. The email finder and verification produce a deliverable address for each addition, with catch-all and risky results labelled. Companies where fewer than two more people can be found are reported with what was found.
  4. Update the list and push to HubSpot. The additions are written onto list <name> and staged into HubSpot as contacts associated with the right company, reviewed before the write, with a property noting they were added for coverage.

The prompt

This is the exact objective the agent receives. Swap the obvious placeholders for your own domain, segment or channel and run it as-is from the console, Slack, or the API.

⟨ THE MISSION PROMPT · PASTE AND RUN ⟩

For each company on list <name>, add two more stakeholders from the <department> function with titles and verified emails so every account has at least three contacts, and push the additions to HubSpot linked to the right company.

What comes back

List <name> with at least three contacts per account wherever the function supports it, each addition carrying title, seniority, verified email and status, and the same people created in HubSpot linked to their companies. The report shows how many accounts reached three contacts, how many reached two, and which accounts simply have fewer people in the function.

Make it yours

  • Choose two functions - for example marketing and sales operations - to thread across departments.
  • Ask for one executive and one practitioner per account instead of two from the same level.
  • Deliver to Pipedrive or Attio, or keep it on the list only until the sequence is ready.
  • Add a note to each addition stating which existing contact they complement.

Frequently asked questions

How does the agent avoid adding someone who already exists in HubSpot?

It matches by email and domain before creating anything and links existing contacts to the company instead of duplicating them.

What if the function is tiny at a company?

It adds whoever exists and reports the shortfall, and you can ask it to widen to an adjacent function for those accounts.

Does this change the original contact?

No. The first contact stays as it was; the additions are appended and marked as coverage contacts.

How does it choose between several candidates in the function?

It prefers one person more senior than the existing contact and one peer, so the thread reaches both the decision-maker and a practitioner; you can state a different rule, such as two peers, in the prompt.

Are the additions verified to the same standard?

Yes. Every added address passes through verification and carries its status, and catch-all results are labelled rather than hidden.

Can I get four or five contacts per account?

Yes. Name the number and the functions to draw from, and the agent adds as many as the company supports, reporting the shortfall per account.
