The problem this solves
Leads in Zoho CRM accumulate from forms, imports and events, and most arrive with a name, an email and little else. Without size and industry there is no way to score them, and without verification the sequence that follows bounces on the ones that were never real. Reps work them in the order they arrived, which is the worst possible order.
One mission can fix the data and the order together. Enrichment fills the fields that scoring needs, verification tells you which leads can be reached, and the score, written back onto the lead, gives the team a view sorted by fit. Emailing the top 50 through Zoho Mail puts the best leads in front of the person who asked, without anyone opening a report.
How the mission runs
- Select the leads with gaps. The Enrichment Agent reads Zoho CRM leads and selects those missing company size, industry or a verified email, resolving each lead's company to a domain from the email or the company name.
- Enrich and verify. Company size and industry are filled through the firmographic waterfall, and the lead's email is verified with the status stored on the lead. Leads whose address is invalid are marked so no sequence reaches them.
- Score against the ICP. Each lead is scored from 0 to 100 against your ICP using the newly filled fields, with the top reason written to a field beside the score. Leads at companies already in your customer list score zero with the reason recorded.
- Write back and email the top 50. Size, industry, verification status, score and reason are written to the leads as a reviewed batch, and an email listing the top 50 by score with company, title and reason is sent to you through Zoho Mail.
The prompt
This is the exact objective the agent receives. Swap the obvious placeholders for your own domain, segment or channel and run it as-is from the console, Slack, or the API.
What comes back
Zoho CRM leads with company size, industry, email verification status, a 0-100 fit score and the top reason populated wherever the waterfall could fill them, plus an email in your Zoho Mail inbox listing the 50 highest-scoring leads with their reasons. The report shows coverage per field and the distribution of scores across the leads processed.
Make it yours
- Convert leads above a score threshold into contacts and accounts in Zoho automatically, as a reviewed batch.
- Restrict the run to leads created in the last 30 days for a weekly hygiene pass.
- Post the top 50 to Slack instead of email when the team triages there.
- Send the top 50 to each lead's owner rather than to you by reading the owner field.
Frequently asked questions
How is the ICP defined for scoring?
From the definition in your prompt or a saved ICP from an earlier mission; the agent shows the criteria and weights before scoring.
Will it change lead status or owner?
No. It writes data fields only; routing rules stay yours. Ask for status changes and they are proposed as a separate batch.
What about leads with a personal email?
They are resolved from the name and any company field where possible, and marked as unresolved otherwise so they can be handled by the personal-domain playbook.
Does it handle leads in several Zoho layouts?
Yes. Fields are mapped per layout, and any layout without a place for the score gets a custom field created after you approve it.
Can converted leads be excluded?
Yes. Converted leads are skipped by default so the run focuses on the open funnel; include them if you want the score on the resulting contacts too.
Is the scoring repeatable?
Yes. The ICP definition is saved, so a monthly run scores new leads on the same criteria and re-scores existing ones only where their data changed.
