Data Infrastructure for Contact Verification

Bulk email and phone verification, duplicates merged, role accounts and suppressed domains removed, missing emails found through a waterfall of licensed sources, and the clean result written back to the CRM or sequence tool with the status on every row. The infrastructure under contact verification, run by autonomous AI agents.

5
statuses per address

Valid, catch-all, risky, invalid and role account, each labeled with the reason so a sequence loads only what should send.

1
waterfall for the gaps

Missing or invalid emails re-found through licensed sources and verified again before the row counts.

0
credits on misses

A find that returns nothing bills nothing; only found, verified contacts count.

1
approval per write-back

Merges, removals and updates in the CRM are staged as a batch a person approves; verification itself never waits.

⟨ THE JOB TODAY ⟩

Where the week actually goes.

01 /

The bounce rate is the verifier

Nobody checks the list before it loads, so the first send is the test. Every invalid address costs a send, a bounce and a little of the domain’s reputation, and the good addresses in the same batch pay for it.

02 /

The CRM has the same person four times

One record from the webinar import, one from the rep, one from the old tool and one with a typo. Reporting counts four, sequences hit the same inbox twice, and nobody owns the merge.

03 /

Invalid means gone

When the verifier says invalid the row is deleted. The person still works there with a new address, and the only tool that could re-find it is in a different tab with its own credits.

Clean a sequence before it loads

Five thousand rows from an old export verified, deduplicated and re-found, the valid ones loaded into Instantly paused and the catch-all ones held in a separate list for a slower cadence.

A sequence that loads only addresses that will deliver.

CRM dedupe with a diff

Every contact in HubSpot grouped by email, name and domain, duplicates merged with the best fields kept, and the merge batch staged with a before-and-after on each group.

One record per person, approved with the diff in front of you.

Quarterly re-verification

All active contacts re-verified on a schedule, people who left flagged with the signal, replacements found where the account matters, the update staged for approval.

A CRM that reflects who works where this quarter.

Phone-first list for calling

A target list with direct phones found and checked for type and country, mobile numbers marked, invalid ones dropped, exported for the dialer.

Safe enough to actually turn on.

⟨ CONTROL PLANE ⟩ENFORCED AT RUNTIME · NOT ADVISORY

Verification runs, changes wait

Checking, re-finding and deduplicating run inside the credit ceiling with no gate. Merges, removals and updates in the CRM are staged as a batch for a person to approve.

Nothing deleted, everything labeled

Invalid and held rows keep their label and reason; the agents never silently drop a record, and every merge shows the fields it kept.

Opt-outs respected

Unsubscribed and opted-out addresses from the CRM and sequence tools are honored and never re-found or re-added.

Licensed data only

Re-found emails and phones come from licensed providers. The agents never scrape member networks or send test messages to verify an address.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does data infrastructure for contact verification mean?

The layer that makes a contact list trustworthy before it is used: emails and phones verified in bulk and labeled, duplicates merged, role accounts and suppressed domains removed, missing addresses re-found through a waterfall of licensed sources, and the clean result written back to the CRM or sequence tool after approval.

What statuses can an email receive?

Valid, catch-all, risky, invalid and role account, each with the reason. Valid rows load; catch-all and risky rows are held and labeled so you decide; invalid rows are re-found through the waterfall and verified again before they return to the list.

How does re-finding work?

For each invalid or missing address the agents use the person’s name, company and domain to ask licensed sources in turn, verify whatever comes back and keep only a valid result. A lookup that finds nothing costs nothing and the row keeps its label.

How are duplicates merged?

Records are grouped on normalized email, name and canonical domain, then merged with the best field from each record kept, most recent wins on conflicts. The batch shows a before-and-after for every group before a person approves it in the CRM.

Can it verify phones?

Yes. Numbers are checked for format, type and country where a licensed source can confirm them, mobile numbers marked for calling, and direct phones found for rows without one. Phone finding is billed only when a number is found, and invalid numbers are dropped from the call sheet.

Does it run on the whole CRM?

Yes. Connect HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio or Zoho CRM, choose the segment or the whole contact object, and the agents verify, dedupe and suppress on a schedule. Every change is staged for approval, opted-out contacts are never touched, and a summary of each run posts to Slack.

What does verification cost?

Verification is a fraction of a credit per address, a re-found and verified email is a few credits, and deduplication, suppression, exports and write-backs are free. Rates show before the run, misses cost nothing, and plans start at $49 per month.
