Data Infrastructure for CRM

Every company and contact in HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio or Zoho CRM enriched, verified, deduplicated and kept current by autonomous AI agents, with each change staged as an approval batch that shows old value, new value and source before anything is written. The infrastructure under the CRM.

CRMs, two-way

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio and Zoho CRM read as the source of record and written to as approval batches.

20+
fields kept current

Firmographics, technographics, funding, signals, titles, emails and phones refreshed through a waterfall of licensed sources.

1
diff per batch

Old value, new value and source on every field that would change, reviewed once, applied as one upsert.

0
silent overwrites

Nothing is written without approval, opted-out contacts are never touched and previous values stay in the run history.

⟨ THE JOB TODAY ⟩

Where the week actually goes.

01 /

The CRM describes the company as it was at import

Headcount, industry and stack were filled the day the record was created, if at all. Routing rules, scoring and territory assignments run on fields that stopped being true a year ago.

02 /

Every import adds duplicates

The webinar list, the conference export and the rep’s spreadsheet each created their own version of the same person. Reports count them all, sequences hit the same inbox twice and nobody owns the merge.

03 /

Enrichment tools write without asking

The last sync overwrote a rep’s hand-corrected phone with a stale one from a vendor. Since then the enrichment tool is switched off and the CRM decays quietly.

Enrichment through a waterfall

Companies and contacts in any segment enriched field by field through licensed sources, each value with its source and date, disagreements between sources reconciled before the diff is built.

Weekly CRM refresh

Every account and contact owned by the sales team re-enriched and re-verified each week, the field diff staged in HubSpot, approved in a minute by RevOps, summary in Slack.

A CRM that reflects this week’s headcount, stack and people.

Merge the duplicates once

The whole contact object grouped by email, name and domain, merges proposed with the best fields kept, the batch approved with a before-and-after per group.

One record per person and a report count you can trust.

Migration cleanup

Records moving from one CRM to another enriched, verified and deduplicated in between, so the new system starts clean instead of inheriting the old one’s decay.

A migration that lands complete records.

New accounts from signals, deduped

The weekly prospecting or intent batch pushed into Pipedrive as companies and contacts, attached to existing records where they exist, opportunities created only where none is open.

New pipeline in the CRM without a duplicate in sight.

GOVERNED AUTONOMY

Safe enough to actually turn on.

⟨ CONTROL PLANE ⟩ENFORCED AT RUNTIME · NOT ADVISORY

Every write is an approved batch

Reading, enriching, verifying and deduplicating run inside the credit ceiling with no gate. Any change to the CRM is staged with a field-level diff for a person to approve.

Protected fields and opt-outs

Fields you mark as hand-maintained are never proposed for change, opted-out contacts are never touched, and previous values stay in the run history.

Scoped access

The connection reads and writes only the objects and fields you allow, and every action is logged in the workspace audit trail with who approved it.

Licensed data only

Enrichment and verification data come from licensed providers. The agents never scrape member networks.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does data infrastructure for CRM mean?

The layer that keeps your CRM complete and current: companies and contacts enriched through a waterfall of licensed sources, emails and phones verified, duplicates merged, new accounts pushed in without duplicates, and every change staged as an approval batch with a field-level diff. Autonomous agents run it on a schedule.

Which CRMs are supported?

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio and Zoho CRM, each connected with scoped access to the objects and fields you choose. The connection is two-way: records are read as the source of record and written to only through approved batches. Google Sheets can stand in as a source of record for teams between systems.

Will it overwrite fields my team maintains by hand?

No. Mark any field as protected and it is never proposed for change. For every other field the batch shows the old value, the new value and its source, and the previous value stays in the run history after approval.

How does deduplication work?

Contacts and companies are grouped on normalized email, name and canonical domain. Each group gets a proposed merge that keeps the best field from every record, most recent wins on conflicts, and the batch shows a before-and-after per group before a person approves it.

Can it add new records as well as fix existing ones?

Yes. Any list from discovery, prospecting, intent watches or a CSV can be pushed as companies, contacts and opportunities. The push deduplicates against the CRM first, attaches to existing records where they exist and creates opportunities only where none is open.

How often does it run?

On any schedule: weekly refresh for active segments, monthly for the long tail, daily for new-record pushes. Each run produces one batch and one approval, with a summary in Slack. Runs can also be triggered from the API, MCP server or CLI.

What does CRM hygiene cost?

Enrichment is a few credits per company row, a verified contact is a few credits, and reads, deduplication, diffs and writes are free. Unchanged rows are skipped, rates show before each run, misses on contact finding cost nothing, and plans start at $49 per month.
